Hettie Pruitt'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 c. raw grated sweet potatoes
grated rind of 1 orange
juice of 1/2 orange
marshmallows

Preparation

Melt butter.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish; top with marshmallows.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
