Turkey Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 plum tomatoes, chopped in bite size pieces
    1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
    handful fresh cilantro, sliced fine
    handful fresh parsley, sliced fine
    1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together, let marinate overnight. Brown meat, drain off fat.
    Add cumin and garlic.
    Stir in cheese just before serving (hot or cold).
    Cut 8 pita pockets in half. Put equal amount of each mixture.
