Ham Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle or relish
mayonnaise flavored with Dijon mustard
shredded lettuce
hard-cooked eggs
finely chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine the ham with celery, onion and pickle or relish with mustard mayonnaise.
Heap on a bed of lettuce, surround with hard-cooked eggs and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serves 6.
