Chicken-Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, diced
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 c. canned chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. white cooking wine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix mushrooms, bread crumbs, chicken, broth, milk, egg, wine, onion, salt and pepper.
    Put into an ungreased 1-quart casserole. Cook, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
    Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
