Anchor Steam Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions, chopped
    3 lb. black beans, soaked
    1 lb. diced tomatoes
    2 c. tomato paste
    10 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. Porter
    12 oz. Anchor Steam
    1/2 c. chili powder
    1/2 c. cumin
    1/4 c. coriander
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sweat onions until clear.
    Add beans and tomato paste.
    Cook until beans are done, then add dried tomatoes.
    Mix beef with seasonings and cook until crumbled and brown and drain all grease. Add this mixture to beans, then add all Porter and beer and cook 5 minutes.
