Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 Velveeta cheese slices
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
    chili powder to taste
    12 corn shells
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Fry meat with onion; add tomato sauce and spices.
    Let simmer 15 minutes.
    Let shells sit out 30 minutes.
    Roll sliced cheese up in shells.
    Lay in cake pan.
    Spread meat sauce over shells and lay cheese slices on top.
    Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese melts at 350\u00b0.
