Cheesy Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag (2 lb.) Southern-style hash browns or zesty hash browns with peppers and onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. minced onion or 2 Tbsp. dry onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. melted butter or margarine, divided
2 or more c. crushed corn flakes to cover
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix crushed corn flakes and butter together and sprinkle over top to cover.
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
