Swiss Steak With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced carrots
    4 or more medium potatoes
    1/2 pkg. frozen peas
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Early in the day, cut steak into large pieces.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Pound into steak.
    Brown steak in skillet in hot oil on both sides. Add onion and brown a bit more.
    Add soup and water. Simmer about 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
