Mexican Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. plus 2 tsp. instant coffee
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat chocolate, sugar, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and water in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring constantly (4 minutes). Stir in milk and heat through.
    Just before serving, beat with hand beater until frothy.
    Top with whipped cream.
