Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
juice of one lemon
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. powdered ginger
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Spray Pam Dry Fry on flat baking dish.
Remove skin from chicken and place in baking pan.
Do not overlap pieces.
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hour.
If it gets too brown cover with foil.
