Rhubarb Custard Pie (1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. rhubarb, cut up
Preparation
    Add milk to eggs.
    Mix together with sugar, flour & nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes.
