San Juan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cattail flowers or pollen
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. sunflower or cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Mix cattail flowers or pollen and flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs; add oil, honey and milk.
    Stir into dry ingredients just enough to combine the two.
    Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until tested done.
