Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/3 c. very hot water
    2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. salsa or picante sauce
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    onion, cut up
    green pepper, cut up
    frozen veggies, cut up and microwaved for 2 to 3 minutes
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and water; beat 20 strokes.
    Turn onto floured surface; knead 60 times or until not sticky.
    Press in pan; pinch edge.
