Mix Ahead Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded American cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook macaroni, drain and add remaining ingredients to macaroni; mix well.
    Spoon into lightly greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours.
    Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
