Cedricks Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    salt & pepper
    medium head of cabbage, shredded
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown onion and ground beef. Add salt and pepper. Place half of shredded cabbage in casserole dish. pour browned beef and onion over cabbage layer. Put remaining cabbage on top of meat. Cover with tomato soup. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
