Colombian Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef loin cut into 8 steaks
4 onions, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. mustard
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
pinch of oregano
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
vegetable oil
pinch of cumin
Preparation

Season the steaks with mustard, pepper, cumin and vinegar; let stand.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and saute the tomatoes, onion, garlic and oregano; add salt.
In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute the steaks until browned on both sides.
Add the sauce and cook covered 10 minutes over low heat.
Makes 8 servings.
