Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (26 oz.) Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine soup, milk and pepper.
    Add potatoes; toss to coat.
    Spoon into 3-quart oblong baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 10 servings.
