Best-Every Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 large (29 oz.) pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
3 c. evaporated milk (two 12 oz. cans)
2 (9-inch) deep dish unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
