Island Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken (breasts, legs and thighs)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 bay leaf
    1 garlic clove
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 tsp. capers
    4 stuffed olives, sliced
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1/2 tsp. curry
    pinch of cayenne
Preparation
    Cook chicken in broth with bay leaf and garlic clove.
    Cool; cut in small pieces.
    Cut eggs in small chunks.
    Set aside.
    Mix together next 6 items.
    Add chicken and eggs.
    Mix gently.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Adjust spices to taste.
