Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned (salt chicken)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (1 stack)
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    Lay chicken in bottom of buttered baking dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Crush crackers and spread over soup mixture.
    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
