Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. blueberries
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add blueberries and toss gently to coat.
    Make a well in center of mixture and set aside.
    In a separate bowl, combine milk and next 5 ingredients.
    Add to dry mixture, stirring until just moistened.
    Spoon into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 1 dozen.
