Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 to 1 tsp. ginger
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. water
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell (uncooked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell. Bake 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
