Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    5 1/4 c. flour
    4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Mix shortening until creamy; add sugar and eggs.
    Mix well. Mix flour, cream of tartar and salt together.
    Add flour mixture to sugar mixture; mix well.
    Make 1-inch balls out of all dough. Roll in cinnamon sugar and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
