Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole, boneless chicken breast
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix flour, cheese and salt in a bag.
Cut chicken into 1-inch strips.
Dip in flour mixture.
Heat oil in pan (enough to coat the bottom of the pan).
Cook the chicken on moderate to high heat to gently brown one side and then turn the other, turning only once.
