Sesame Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Russian or Catalina dressing
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
2 medium onions, cut in 1-inch squares
cherry tomatoes or cubed zucchini
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; place in shallow container. Set aside.
Combine next 6 ingredients in a jar.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewer. Grill kabobs about 6 inches from medium-hot coals 15 to 20 minutes, turning and basting often with marinade.
