Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All drained (15 oz. size)
1 small chopped onion
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
margarine
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix Veg-All, onion, cheese and mayonnaise together in a casserole dish.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Dot with margarine (about 1/3 stick). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
