Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour.
