Pizza Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 can (10 1/2 oz. size) pizza sauce
    3 c. corn flakes
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    Mozzarella cheese slices
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly and add cornflakes and pizza sauce.
    Add hamburg and remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Do not include cheeses in this mixture.
    Divide hamburg mixture in half.
    Press half in 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
    Top with slices of Mozzarella cheese.
    Press remaining hamburg mixture on top of cheese slices. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take from oven and cover top with shredded cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
