Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chopped mushroom stems
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. fried ground meat (ground chuck)
2 sticks margarine
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Preparation

Fry ground meat.
Add margarine in with meat.
Then fry chopped mushrooms and onion in meat and margarine.
When onion is tender, add Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper and cooking sherry.
