Mandarin Orange Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add lemon juice and sherbet.
Chill until partially congealed, then stir in undrained oranges.
Pour into mold and refrigerate.
