Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 cups biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. shortening
1 1/4 -2 cups milk
melted margarine
Preparation

Combine mix, sugar and yeast in mixing bowl. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Add milk stirring to make soft dough. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet. Brush with margarine. Bake 425 degrees 10-12 minutes.
