Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    8 oz. herbed stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook together sliced zucchini and chopped onion for 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Fold in zucchini/onion.
    Combine stuffing mix with melted margarine.
