Mini Blends - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 loaves white bread
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
Preparation

Trim edges of loaf bread; roll out flat with rolling pin.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg with electric mixer.
Spread real thin over bread.
Roll up and cut in half.
Melt margarine and dip rolled bread.
Roll in 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
(They will stick to paper towel.)
