Butter Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Gradually add sugar, beating.
Add butter, lemon rind and juice.
Blend.
Fold in the cream and chill.
Serve desserts.
