Chocolate Cherry Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1 tsp. almond extract (optional)
2 eggs, beaten
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Grease and flour a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan or a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine first four ingredients.
Stir by hand until well mixed.
Bake in jelly roll pan 20 to 30 minutes; in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cover with chocolate frosting.
