Long John Silver'S Seafood Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1 c. beer
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast and flour.
    Combine egg, hot water and salt.
    Add the beer last.
    Combine both mixes.
    Drop fish into batter and immediately drop into hot oil.
    Don't let fish drain.
    Best if used with haddock, flounder or perch.
