Homemade Old Fashion White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 2/3 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. shortening/soft butter
9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation

Set 2 2/3 cups of water aside.
Empty yeast, with a dash of sugar to dissolve yeast, into 2 2/3 cups water, after mixing all other ingredients, then add water slowly to make dough.
Be sure and knead dough very well.
The more you knead, the more the bread will rise, approximately 5 minutes.
Let rise 1 hour.
Let rise 1 hour after placing them in pans.
Bake.
