Rice And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot cooked rice
    1 lb. Polska kielbasa sausage, sliced thick
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, cut up or chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice as you would normally (4 cups boiling water to 2 cups rice). When cooked, combine sausage, onion, bell pepper and celery in large skillet. Cook for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth and seasonings. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Pour cornstarch mixture into skillet; continue to cook for about 3 minutes and pour over rice in a casserole dish.
