Pork Chops And Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick pork chops
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. bouillon
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown chops in oil in skillet.
Mix all remaining ingredients, except onion rings and sour cream, in bowl.
Separate onion rings and place on chops.
Pour mixture over chops.
Simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes, covered slightly.
Add the sour cream and cook for 1/2 hour longer or until very tender.
