Tomato And Basil Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh linguine
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into 3/4-inch flowerets
    4 ripe plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 scallions, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine and broccoli until just tender, 2 to 3 minutes; drain well.
    Transfer to a large bowl.
    Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and toss with linguine and broccoli.
    Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
    Pass a bowl of grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
