Secret Teriyaki Sauce(Enough For 2 Lbs. Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. white sugar
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. shoyu, soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1 large slice ginger
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine sugars, shoyu, water, garlic, and ginger in a 1-2 quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove pot from heat and cool.
    Whisk in oils to cooled marinade.
    Add 2-4 lbs. sliced beef flank or other meat, thinly sliced, and marinate overnight.
    Grill meat over charcoal for 3-4 minutes each side.
    Serve with rice.
