Ortega Chili Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (7 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
3 medium zucchini, sliced thinly
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Layer Ortega chilies, zucchini and cheese.
Repeat 3 times.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Add Bisquick to egg mix.
Mix well.
Pour over zucchini. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
