Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. raw, grated carrots
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together.
    Add oil, eggs and salt.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Add carrots.
    Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) cake pans.
    Pour in batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
