Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. original Minute rice or premium long grain
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla or coconut pudding
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine milk, rice, pudding mix, raisins and egg in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil.
    Cool 5 minutes stirring twice.
    Pour into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
