Low-Fat Hunter-Style Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon (I use turkey bacon)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 lb. can tomatoes, cut up
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
salt and pepper
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Preparation

Saute bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, in a large skillet until partially cooked, then add onion and continue to cook until onion is tender.
Remove bacon and onion and brown chicken breasts in drippings (there will be hardly any if you use turkey bacon). Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Drain any fat from pan and combine cooked bacon and onion with tomatoes, Heinz 57 sauce and sugar and add to chicken.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
Great
with hot rice.
