Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 lb. ground round
    3/4 c. instant oatmeal
    3/4 c. chopped onion or 3 Tbsp. dried
    6 tsp. white horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly; add to meat, oatmeal and chopped onion. Combine white horseradish, salt, dry mustard, milk and ketchup. Add to meat mixture and shape into loaf.
    Place on flat baking pan and spread 1/2 cup ketchup on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
