Chicken And Wine With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or chicken pieces, skinned
1/2 c. water
1 can onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. white wine
rice
Preparation
-
Put chicken and water in roaster (no cover).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Add both cans of soup and wine.
(Mix soups together before adding to roaster.)
Put soups and wine in roaster.
Cook another 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve chicken and sauce over bed of rice.
Sauce also tastes great over green beans.
