Zucchini Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 large tomato, peeled, cored and chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute zucchini in butter 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients, stirring gently. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Yields 2 servings.
