Hazel'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, lightly buttered and cubed
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    raisins, as many as you prefer or none
Preparation
    Place bread in baking dish.
    Beat eggs, milk, sugar and salt together.
    Pour over bread.
    Add vanilla and mix in raisins. Place dish in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Center of pudding should be firm.
    Insert knife in middle, knife should come out clean, if not, cook longer.
    Serves 4.
