Fridgerated Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large can Pet milk, chilled
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 pkg. cinnamon crisp crackers
1 stick oleo
Preparation
-
Put crumbs and butter together.
Press into oblong pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup crumbs on top of cake.
Refrigerate.
